These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing delays, weather or natural disasters, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or local holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes in certain locations, military addresses (APO/FPO) in most cases, countries where shipment is prohibited by law, or addresses we cannot verify.
Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or import taxes. These are the customer's responsibility. We declare shipments honestly and cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue them to avoid customs fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier to locate or file a claim. We may offer reshipment or refund at our discretion. We're not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by you. However, we'll investigate and help where possible.

Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Due to the nature of medications, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We may accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery if the product was damaged during shipping, we shipped the wrong product, or the product is defective or expired.
